About the role:

Identify, analyze, investigate, monitor and document patterns and trends in post marketing surveillance data as part of the CAPA system. Communicate and educate management, R&D, marketing, sales organization and other departments, as well as external customers about product performance. Ensure that information and insight gained from the investigations and corrective actions is fed back to the R&D and marketing organizations as part of the risk management and design input systems.


Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Analyzes customer complaints, events and other Post Market Surveillance and Complaint Handling data by examining for trends and investigating when necessary.
  • Reviews and approves Complaint Investigation records.
  • Actively participates and provide leadership in team efforts to determine the most accurate conclusion code for Complaint Investigations based on the information and resources available.
  • Investigates identified trends working on cross-functional teams.
  • Communicates by formal or informal presentations to Management and functions within BSC, providing product performance reports and supporting customer, partner, regulatory and Management requests.
  • Completes process improvement initiatives and may lead tactical approaches to achieve team goals.
  • Establishes and promotes a work environment that supports the Quality Policy and Quality System.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor or Licenciature degree in Industrial, Electronic, Biotechnology, Electromechanical Engineering or Related Field
  • English Level desired: 79-79%.
  • Experience: At least 2 years
  • Technical Competencies: ASQ certification (CQE, SSGB) desired, desirable ASQ Certified, Problem Solving, Knowledge of QSR’s, Formal training on statistical and quality techniques desirable, Networking.
